Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means that you can contact us 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. It must be unused, with labels, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions - Hygiene

For hygiene and health reasons, opened cosmetics and personal care products cannot be returned. This applies to: face, eyes, lips products. Products must be unopened, unused and in original packaging.
